your Question or Answer will Get Reported and Removed all it takes is a Trustable Reporter
To Report it and its Gone It will be Deleted you Can Appeal but yahoo will take more points
away from you because they will see that it is A Violation

Why is Chat Not Allowed

This is a Question Asking and Answering Site This is Not a Social Site Like Facebook Or
Twitter If They Allowed Chat on the Site Nobody would Get answers To there Real Questions
That they are Asking Because Chat would Bring it down

The Only Way to Contact a User About something that would be appropriate is to Go to there
Answers Profile and See if they allow Email or Im And Than you Can Contact them there thats
the only Appropriate Way to Have a Conversation

When You Edit your Question to Add Additional Details if your Responding about something
Dont Mention there Name Because that Can be Considered Chat and will get it Flagged and
Deleted
