How To have a Healthy Body
Being Healthy is a Very Important Thing in Life If you are Getting Sick a Lot than you Must be doing something to your body that is hurting it a lot
Drink Plenty of Water
Water is Very Important For Our Body did you Know our Body is made 90% Of Water If We All Drink Some Water Every Day Even if its just one bottle we would all be a little healthier
Try To Have At Least 2 meals a Day
Generally your susposto have 3 but If you Skip One it wont do you much harm as long as you make up for it
Eat Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
Our Body needs Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables
Eat Some Junk Food But Dont Go Overboard
When you Are Eating junk food do it after dinner cookies and brownies and cake are ok but try to limit how much you eat of it
Go Outside When you Can
If its a Sunny Day Go Outside for a bit Our Body Needs Vitamin D We Need at least 15 minutes of Sun In Order to Get the Vitamin D That We Need
Excersize
When you Work Out you Burn Calories and you Burn off the calories that you get from The Foods that you eat and so on same thing with calories from drinks
Go To The Doctor Every now and Than
Its Important to Visit the Doctor Every Now and Than To Check up on your Health To Make Sure you are Healthy
When you are Sick Stay at Home Its Where you Belong
When you are Resting it will help you get rid of it faster and plus it will stop it from spreading to other people
Drink Plenty of Fluids
its Important to Drink Plenty So You Dont Get To Dehydrated Kinda Goes along with the Water one
its Good to Grow Big
But Becareful Not To Grow To Big To Much Weight is Bad For the Body
