Publisher
Publisher is a Program Where you can Make Really Cool Stuff From Travel Brochures to Invitations and More And im going to show you around this cool program
When you First open the Program
it will Ask you What Do you Want to Make Click on anyone that you want to make
Once it Loads It will Have Some Predesigned stuff that is Set up For you
Delete What you dont want
Once you Have Done That Than Add the Stuff that you want to add
How Do i Insert a Picture into my Publisher
Go to Insert and From there you can Add a Picture to your Publisher
How Do i Change the Colors Around
Go to Page Design and From there you should be able to change it
How Do i Group and Ungroup Things
Click on What you Want and Than Click on Group to Group it or ungroup to ungroup it if its currently grouped
How Do i Add a Hyper Link
From the Insert Tab Click on Hyper link
How do i Change my Size and My Font
From the Home Tab you should be able to change that
How Do i Change the Texts Directions
From the Home Tab There is Buttons on the top that look like a whole bunch of lines click on one of those and it will move there is one for the left the center and the right side of the page
i See There is a Whole bunch of text that is not the Same Font and i dont want to go back and change it everytime how do i make it so everything is the same Font
Use the Format Painter it will copy the original design and apply it to all of the other text
How Many Pannels Can i Have
you Can Have up to 4 pannels
Is It Possible to Do Front and Back ?
yes its Possible When your Print it out flip it over and than it will print on the back as well
When i Add Pictures why does it Add A Text Box
Its Because its a Default so you dont need to make text boxes for pictures
how Do i add More Text Boxes
From the Home Tab Click on Draw Text Box And than Draw however big you want the text box to go
Can i Change the Style
Yes you Can From Home Click on Style and you Can Change it
How Do i Add Business Information
Go to insert and From there click on Business Information and you should be able to add it in
Can i Add in a Header and Foooter
Yes From the Insert Tab click on header to put a header and than footer to add a footer
How Do i Add a Advertisement
Go to insert than Click on Advertisement and Plug in your Ad Information
How Do i Add Catalog Pages
Go to Insert and than click on Catalog Pages
How Do i add Word Art
Go to Insert than Click on Word Art
How Do i Add The Copyright Protected Sign To my Publisher
I Would Recommend Adding it its Better to be Safe than Sorry or the wise people may steal your companys info Go to Insert than Click on Symbols
How Do i Add a Page Number
Click on insert than Page Number
How Do i Do Spell Check
Go to Review Than Click on Spell Check and it will Check it for you
Is There a Way to Preview What it looks like before i print it
yes go to print and from there you can preview it
