Well Most likely you Violated The Terms of Service and thats why they Removed it if you Did Nothing wrong you Can Appeal Your Answer and Try to Get it Back up it is Possible that they may have made a mistake too do that on the email that you get there should be a link in there that will take you too a place of where you can write a appeal and if your lucky you will get it back and they will restore your points that they have taken away
