When you Sign up For a Ning Social networking Site Some Sites May Automatically Put The Owner as a Friend Incase you want to view there profile or ask them a question you may Remove that person as a Friend if you would like too on that page under members hit view all than my friends than go to the profile that you dont want too be friends with and hit remove as a friend
How too Comment on Someones Profile
Go too there Profile and Scroll Down there will be a Wall Comment Box type that in and Hit the Submit button Note if They Restrict It To Approve only than There mite Be A Delay Before your comment Shows up on the profile
How too Write a Blog
Go too the Blog Tab Than Right Before it Says your Name Click on the +add button and you Can Write a Blog Entrie Than Hit the publish post Button than It will Post your blog in addition you can Restrict who can view it and Comment on it
How too Add Videos
Go to the Videos Tab than hit +add Than Copy and Paste the Url to the video or the Embed Code and hit the Add Video and it will post
How too Add Photos
Go too Photos Than Hit +add Than Hit the button Than Browse Your Hard Drive and Find the photo you want to add and hit enter
How too Change your Privacy Settings
Under where it says your name click on Settings Than Go to Privacy Settings and you should be able to Restrict What Ever you Want to Restrict under your Settings you can Also Change your password Name and Profile Stuff and email address
How too Add Someone as A friend
Go too There Profile hit add as Friend Than Wait for them too Approve you and than you should be good
