Whats the Purpose of Twitter
Some People May Want to Know What the Purpose of Twitter is
Its Just a Website Where you Type a Status Update in 140 Characters Or Less
Isn't That the Same Thing Tho As Using Facebook or Any Other Sites ?
Yes it is
Pretty Much You Can Do The Same Thing on Facebook
It Has One Feature Tho That Can Make Status Updates Easy
A Lot of Social Sites you Can Connect them to Your Twitter update
So When you Update your Status on Twitter it Will Update on Both Networks
it Can Save you a Lot of Time
You Can Send them a Direct Message
If Anything i Think Twitter is mainly Used For Business

Facebook Change your Profile Picture And Keep the Same Likes and Comments
This is a Common Thing That is Asked About With Facebook Here is a Short Tutorial

If you Have Used a Profile Picture in the Past
Go to the Profile Pictures Photo Album Than Go to the Picture
Than Under Options Choose Set as Profile Picture
What if the Picture is Not In That Album ?
Than its Not Possible to Change your Picture And Keep the Same Likes and Comments
Why is that The Only Possible Way to Do It ?
