Click on The Wrench it Should Be Towards the Top of the Profile
From There you Can Edit your Profile
you Can Change your profile Picture
By Clicking on Change Profile Picture and Select the New Picture From your Computer
Has Any Of my Settings Changed Since The Old Profile
Nope All of your Settings that you Have Applied on the Old Yahoo Answers Site Should Still Remain In Place
About Me Click on the Box And Type in the Changes you Want to Make to your About Me if you Want to Change Anything
Send Me a Email When
Anything you Dont Want Yahoo Answers to Email you About Uncheck Those Options
Sharing Network
Share your Q And A With Click on the Box and you Can Choose Everyone Whom I Follow And Followers Or Just Whom i Follow
Share your Answers Network With
Same Options as The last one Select One of those
If you Want People to Become your Fan Have that Checked off if you Dont Want Anybody to Add you than Uncheck That
Answers Community
If you Want them to Be Able to Email you Than Check That Off if you Dont than Dont Check it Off
Same Thing With Yahoo Messenger
Click Save And All Of your Changes Made to your Yahoo Answers Profile Will Be Applied
