Photo Transfer Updates On Myspace
Update: (3/12/2014) all photos have been transferred for all classic/old accounts. We transferred all photos that were available. If you do not see any photos, our Unable to Retrieve Content guide should shine some light on what might be occurring.
Update: (2/24/2014) Photos are being processed. Once your photos are available, the photos will be available under your mixes, https://myspace.com/library/mixes.
We are working on making all photos that were available on classic/old Myspace available on new. Because of this large transfer for all users, this is going to take some time. If you visit https://myspace.com/settings/classicImport you should notice a blue button that states 'Your Photos are transferring'. This means your photos are in queue to be transferred as part of the big transfer we are doing.
Once we are finished with the updates we need to do for images, we will update this post. You can subscribe to this post by selecting article options. When your photos are finally available, your albums will live under mixes. The direct link to your mixes is https://myspace.com/library/mixes.
We hope to have this resolved in a couple of weeks. We understand this is a long wait, but nothing can be done to speed the process at this time. Please understand that there are millions of users queued with thousands of pictures to transfer over. Should any updates become available, you will be notified via this post.
