Make Sure The Video Does Not Exceed 20 minutes and is under 1,024 MB If it is over that Facebook will Not Accept the Video

If you have a Mobile Phone and Take a Video on your Phone you Can Upload a Video With your Phone As well to your Video Email Address to find out that email address Go to Add Video than Click on Mobile Video and it will Give you the Email Address

Only Add Videos That have you or your Friends in it DO NOT Upload Copyrighted Videos That you Do Not Own That Can Get it Removed you Can Even Get Sued if its Protected against copyright they take it serious

Adding the Video to Your Wall or a Friends Wall

To Do This Go to there Profile Than On the Box Where you Go to Write the wall post hit add Photo/video than Select the Video That you want to add to that persons Wall or your Own Facebook Wall

Do i have to Share Videos From Facebook Can i Share youtube videos as well

yes you Can Only When you Share youtube videos you Dont Need to Upload it all you Need is the Link to the Video and you Should be All Set to Go
