If You Do Want To Hide The Header You Want To Select Yes
Click Save Changes And Your Header Changes Will Apply

So if You Copy The HTML Codes And Place Them Under The Edit Profile
You Will See Those Options
If You Want To You Can Have All Of Them Some Of Them
