To update your Instagram language, you must change the language settings on your device by visiting your "Settings" application. You cannot change your language in the Instagram app itself.

Right now, Instagram will appear in the same language that your device is set to. To change your language setting on your device, go to your Settings application. We will certainly consider adding a language setting in future versions of the app.
