Removing Stains and Scuff Marks

You Got a Stain On your Clothes you Got a Stain on Other Things As Well And you Want

Marks

Blood Stains

Wet a cloth with cold water and blot.
1) Brush the excess stain off the surface of the fabric.
2) Rinse in cold water to dilute the stain.
3) Using a PLASTIC bucket, create a soak solution by adding 1/2 use (approx. 25 mls) Tide® Liquid. per gallon of cold water. Allow the garment to soak for up to 30 minutes, weighting the item with a WHITE towel to keep it totally submerged.
4) Wash in cold water with 1 use of Tide® Coldwater.
5) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.
Before treating any garment, refer to the instructions on the care label. Always test solution on a hidden area first. If treating washable silk or wool, follow basic instructions, but hand wash.

Candy

1) Brush the excess stain off the surface of the fabric.
2) Rinse in water to dilute the stain.
3) Pretreat with Tide® Liquid. Pour Tide on to cover stain and let set for 20 minutes.
4) Wash in warm water with 1 use of Tide.
5) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.Before treating any garment, refer to the instructions on the care label. Always test solution on a hidden area first. If treating washable silk or wool, follow basic instructions, but hand wash.

Chocolate

1) Try Tide® Stain Release™. Just add it to your wash along with your regular detergent.
OR
1) Brush the excess stain off the surface of the fabric.
2) Rinse in cold water to dilute the stain.
3) Pretreat with Tide® Liquid. Pour Tide on to cover stain and let set for 20 minutes.
4) Wash in warm water with 1 use of Tide.
5) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.Before treating any garment, refer to the instructions on the care label. Always test solution on a hidden area first. If treating washable silk or wool, follow basic instructions, but hand wash.

Liquid

Wet a cloth with warm water and blot. Repeat with club soda if necessary. Or, if available, use Tide® to Go. instant stain remover:
1) Remove excess residue from stain.
2) Press the tip onto the stain several times to release some stain remover solution.
3) Rub tip gently across stain to remove it. When necessary, add more liquid and continue to rub gently.
4) Important: If treated area will be exposed to direct sunlight, wipe with damp cloth or napkin to remove excess solution.

1) Brush the excess stain off the surface of the fabric.
2) Rinse in cold water to dilute the stain.
3) Wash in warm water with 1 use of Tide®. Try Tide® with Febreze Freshness™.

Dirt

Ink

Carefully apply rubbing alcohol to spot. Use paper towels to absorb stain.1) Pretreat using Tide® Liquid. Pour Tide on to cover stain and let set for 20 minutes.
2) Wash in warm water with 1 use of Tide. Try Tide® Bleach Alternative.
3) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.Before treating any garment, refer to the instructions on the care label. Always test solution on a hidden area first. If treating washable silk or wool, follow basic instructions, but hand wash.
