If i Wanted to Start at 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds I Would Type it As

Does it Show Up On All Videos ?
No it Does Not i Think the Video Has to Be a Certain Amount of Time In Order For That To Show
I Think it Does Not Show On the Short Videos
