How Do i Get the New Design ?

What Has Changed With the New Design ?
Updates include:
Bigger stories and photos in your feed
A new sidebar to navigate different parts of Facebook
Different feeds to check out, such as Music, Photos and All Friends
Your notifications will now appear in the top-right corner of the site
How Does the Side Bar Work
You can access different features from your sidebar such as your timeline, groups, apps and chat.
You can access your Privacy Shortcuts by hovering over the sidebar and clicking at the top of your sidebar.
The top section of the sidebar gives you quick access to some of the features you use most. Click See More to find the main links for a list of pages, groups and apps you use often.
The bottom section of the sidebar shows you the friends you message most as well as your chat setttings.
Your sidebar is sensitive to the amount of free space you have on your screen, so it only expands if there's enough room for it. If your sidebar isn't expanded, try using your browser in fullscreen mode or adjusting your screen size.
How Can I Get to my Groups Pages and Apps Where Are my Favorites ?
Your groups, Pages and apps are located in the sidebar. If you've added any groups, Pages or apps to your favorites, you can find the ones you use most in the top section of your sidebar.
Where Are My Privacy Settings ?
To view and adjust your privacy settings:
Click at the top right of any Facebook page and choose Settings
Click Privacy from the left-hand column
You can also quickly view and adjust some of the most widely used privacy settings and tools from your Privacy Shortcuts by clicking at the top of your sidebar.
Where Can i Find my Chat Side Bar
Chat is now in the left sidebar, under your groups, apps and Pages.
Where Can i Find the Ticker
You can find ticker at the bottom of your sidebar.
Ticker is sensitive to the amount of free space you have on your screen, so it only appears if there's enough room for it. If you don't see ticker, try using your browser in fullscreen mode or adjusting your screen size.
To use a browser in fullscreen mode on a PC, press F11 on your keyboard
To use a browser in fullscreen mode on a Mac, click View > Enter Full Screen at the top of your browser window
How Do i Get Back to The News Feed
To return to News Feed, click on the F Button next to the search bar at the top of any page.
Switch Between Feeds to Get the News you Want
When you log into Facebook, you'll see your News Feed by default. Click The Down Triangle at the top right corner to check out different feeds.
Your feeds include:
Groups shows posts from the groups you're in, starting with the most recent post
Photos shows photos shared by your friends and the Pages you like
All Friends shows posts from just your friends, in the order they posted them
Following shows posts from the people you follow and Pages you like in the order they were posted
Most Recent shows stories in the order they were posted
Games shows updates from the games you play and what your friends are playing
Music shows posts from the artists you like and what your friends are listening to
Close Friends, Family and other friend lists show posts from just the friends on that list
To add another feed, create a list and add the people and Pages you want updates from.
How Do i See the Story's in The Order They Were Posted What Happen to Most Recent
News Feed will try to show you the most relevant stories since you last checked Facebook. To see stories in the order they were posted, switch to your Most Recent feed.
You can switch feeds by clicking Down Triangle at the top right corner. Click See All for a full list of your feeds.
How Do i Add Or Remove Feeds
With the new design, you can select which feed you want to see. Each feed is a constantly updating stream of stories from people and Pages.
To add a new feed, create a friend or interest list and add the people or Pages you want to hear from.
You can only remove a feed that corresponds to a friend or interest list. To remove a feed, delete or unfollow the list.
Can i Pick A Different Feed As the Default View
When you log into Facebook, your News Feed is shown by default. To check out other feeds, click at the top right corner. Select one of the feeds that appear in the menu or click See All for a full list of your feeds.
