Inside Any Answer That you Are Writing
If you Want to Add a Picture to your Answer
Click on Add Media
Than Select the Picture That you Want to Add To The Answer
Once you have Done That
The Picture Will Upload and Load Inside the Answer
And you can Submit your Answer With the Picture In The Answer
So you No Longer Need A URL TO Add a Picture to a Answer
Make Sure Tho you Don't use Pictures To Break The Rules Like Post Inappropriate Pictures or Use them For Ratings As That Is Still Not Allowed on Yahoo Answers and you May Get Reported For That if you Use Pictures For That

Go To the Post Question
In The Box you Will See the Same Button the Add Media Button Select the Photo Or Video That you Want to Add Into the Video and Than It Will Upload and Be Attached Into The Question
