Why have I not yet received my verification email?

Confirm that the email you signed up with is valid. You may want to check your spam or junk email folder. The most common reason for not receiving a confirmation email is the domain used to sign up was not the same as your actual email address. Example: using @aim.com instead of @aol.com ... or ... @hotmail.com instead of @yahoo.com ... or ... @msn.com instead of @live.com

When logging in, it's telling me that my username, email address or password is invalid?

It could be caused a number of things. Either the email address that you signed up with is not valid. Sometimes an error occurs when one enters a space before or after your email address or username when logging in.

How do I change my email or password?

Click Settings (gear icon at top) >> Click Change my email/password

How do I delete my profile?

Click Settings (gear icon at top) >> Click Delete Account (at bottom of page)

How do I customize my Homepage?

Start on your Home Page >> Click Customize >> Select a pre-made theme or create your own theme.

How do I upload a photo?

Click Albums >> Click Upload Photo

How do I change my profile photo?

When you upload a new photo you can set it to be your profile photo. Alternately you can choose one of you existing photos to be your profile photo. Follow these steps: Click Albums >> Select the album which has the photo that you want to use >> Click the desired photo >> Lastly, from the top menu, click Make Profile Photo


One of my photos was deleted. Why was that done?

We do not allow nudity, partial nudity, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos. We also reserve the right to delete accounts which break our terms. See our Terms for further details.

How do I post videos in my Status Stream?

Copy the URL of the YouTube video and paste it into your Status Stream.

How do I mention a friend in a status, photo or profile comment?

Use your friend's name with an @ symbol. You friend will receive an alert when they are mentioned. (ie. @SocialCrave)

How do I message a friend, or send them a comment or ask them a question?

Navigate to your friend's profile. You will see in the top menu the "Message", "Comment" and "Ask".

What should I do if someone is harassing me on the website?

You should Unfriend them or Block them.

How do I Unfriend or Block someone?

Navigate to your friend's profile. Then click Unfriend or Block.

What should I do if someone is sending me inappropriate messages or asking me for nudes?

You should Unfriend them or Block them. Please also report them to Support.

What should I do if someone has posted innapropriate photos on their profile?

Please flag their profile. We do not allow nudity, partial nudity, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos.

What should I do if someone is faking me?

Send Support an email with a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper with your username and your account's email address. Also, be sure to mention the profile that is faking you.

What should I do if someone has posted pictures of self-harm on their profile or are talking about committing suicide?
